“Private Bernini: the sea of blood”
On Saturday 11 November, at 3.30 pm, will be held in the Auditorium of the Paolo and Carolina Zani Foundation a conference by Dr. Angelo Loda, art historian and official of the Superintendency of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape for the provinces of Bergamo and Brescia.
The meeting is part of the collateral program of the exhibition “Private Bernini. Strength and restlessness”, set up in the temporary exhibition room until 19 November, and is dedicated to a work of great charm and mystery: the Holy Trinity with Christ on the cross shedding Blood, better known as the Blood of Christ, formerly in the Bernini collection and today in the Museum of Rome.
Entrance to the meeting is free, upon reservation.
For those who wish, the event is preceded at 2.00 pm by a guided tour of the House Museum and the temporary exhibition “Private Bernini” with reduced admission (booking required).
